Emergency Procedures

After hours procedures

Please note that all maintenance and repairs must be organised by Property West including those that occur after-hours. In the event of an after-hours emergency, tenants must contact Property West by phoning 9300 0787 and following the prompts to be connected to an after-hours number. If tenants arrange their own repairs, they may be held accountable for any expenses incurred.

Extreme Emergencies

If you are experiencing an extreme emergency, i.e. flooding, fire, severe storm damage, burglary, or you are unable to turn off the gas, power or water please call one of the emergency services below:

In the event of an emergency, please notify Property West as soon as you can. If you are unable to get through to us, please leave a detailed message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  

If you lose your keys or are locked out

If you become locked out or lose your keys, we are happy to lend you a key to gain access during normal business hours. If, however, this occurs outside of business hours, you will need to call a locksmith to gain entry which will be at your own expense.

Please advise Property West if you are experiencing an emergency or if you have had cause to call the Emergency Services so we can follow up. Please note that if you call Property West between 8pm and 9am the call may not be answered until after 9am the following morning, so please leave a detailed message.
