About Us

Rob began his career in Swansea, South Wales where he successfully completed his apprenticeship as a Sheet Metal Worker/Boiler Maker and then worked as a qualified tradesman before emigrating to Western Australia. After working as a “tradie” for a number of years, Rob embarked on a career change and joined the Western Australian Police Force where he worked in a variety of areas ranging from “walking the beat” and general duties policing in the early days, to working as an investigator on some of Western Australia’s highest profile police investigations. Eighteen years on and wanting to spend more quality time with his family, Rob left the Police Force and became a Real Estate Agent working for a prominent agency in the Northern Suburbs where he gained an understanding of the role and the experience needed to open his own agency in 2006. Fast forward to today and Rob is still heavily involved in the daily operations of the business, however, also tries to spend a little more time enjoying the company of family and friends as well as travelling the open road on his beloved Indian Chief motorcycle.

Anne is one of Perth’s finest sales agents with over 20 years’ experience in the industry and an enviable track record. Born in the UK and before life in real estate, Anne and husband Mike ran a successful British pub for many years which undoubtedly is where her excellent communication skills were developed. Prior to joining the team at Property West, Anne, as Licensee, oversaw a large team of sales agents in one of the Northern Corridors largest agencies where she mentored and assisted the less experienced agents on real estate legislation, policies, and processes. Providing a first-class service and with consistent sales that most other agents aspire to achieve, it is little wonder she is so sought after. But it’s not all work for Anne who, in her free time can often be seen on the golf course assisting her granddaughter who is one of Perth’s rising stars in the junior golfing world. In addition to being a registered Real Estate Agent, Anne also holds a current Triennial Certificate.

Sarah is an enthusiastic member of the team who goes above and beyond to ensure her portfolio runs smoothly. Initially employed as a Receptionist by a small real estate office in Perth City, Sarah developed a keen interest in property management which was borne mainly from her desire to help people. Sarah later became an Assistant Property Manager at a large agency where she worked for a number of years and gained an understanding of all aspects of property management and legislation. Being ready to take the next step, Sarah later joined the family business where she now manages her own portfolio and has since earned the title of Senior Property Manager due to the consistently high standard of her work and regular compliments from clients. Sarah has also completed her Diploma in Real Estate. In her free time, Sarah loves spending time in her garden, socializing with friends and walking her British Bulldog, Cali.

Trained as a shorthand/typist, Ann began her career in Swansea, South Wales and originally worked for a large steel company as a Telex Operator. On arriving in Western Australia, Ann was fortunate to find work with the R&I Bank which later became the Bank of Western Australia where she worked for over 18 years and made lifelong friendships. Having a strong interest in health, Ann later undertook a Bachelor of Science Degree and worked as a Registered Nurse for one of Perth’s leading hospitals before deciding to join the family business where she now oversees the Property Management Department and works alongside the team. Ann is passionate about her work which occupies a lot of her time, however when not at work, she enjoys spending time with her horses, catching up with friends and walking her dogs.

Vicky’s working life began in Zimbabwe where she first developed an interest for real estate. After working as a successful agent for many years, Vicky and husband Craig made the decision to relocate their young family to Perth, Western Australia which they now call home. Vicky is an experienced Real Estate Sales Agent and Property Manager and is an extremely valued member of our team. In addition to working within the real estate industry, Vicky’s experience also extends to working in various private enterprise management positions and running her own highly successful small business. With a positive and “can-do” attitude, nothing is too much trouble for Vicky and every task is undertaken with a smile.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Jackie and her husband decided to migrate to Western Australian with their two children in 2007. Having strong administrative skills and being particularly interested in real estate, Jackie decided to embark on a career in property management where she can help people and work as part of a team. Jackie is extremely client focused and will go above and beyond to provide both her owners and tenants with a first-class service. When not at work, Jackie is either working out at the gym or socializing with friends.

Julie first joined Property West in 2017 and is usually the first point of contact for clients and contractors who either contact the office by phone or attend in person. Having many years’ experience in the real estate industry, Julie is well versed in all aspects of the business and is a great asset to the property management team who she assists with the processing of tenant applications. This is an extremely important part of Julie’s role and one that has earned her the title of “Detective Harney” due to her thoroughness and diligence in “leaving no stone unturned”.
A Londoner by birth and known to have a wicked sense of humour, Julie is a popular and valued member of the Property West team.

Hayley works within the Administration Department on a part-time basis where she assists with the planning and implementation of various projects. Hayley joined the family business after successfully completing her university studies however having a thirst for knowledge, has returned to higher education and is currently undertaking a Masters’ Degree in Education. Whilst studying towards her Batchelor’s Degree, Hayley worked at a prominent Swan Valley winery where she developed a keen interest in the process of winemaking that has since led her to successfully complete an internationally recognized wine course.

Claire brings a wealth of knowledge to the Property West team after spending the last 20 years working within the real estate industry both as a sales representative and business owner.
Now working within our Property Management Department as Inspections Manager, Claire’s eye for detail is a great asset when undertaking routine inspections and providing detailed updates to the Property Managers and Landlords.
When not at work, Claire can be seen walking her dog or riding her motorbike throughout the beautiful Perth Hills.

Cali, the British Bulldog plays an extremely important role in the office at Property West. She brings peace to our day and ensures that any food dropped on the floor is soon picked up. Cali is often seen taking the Property Managers for a walk around Joondalup where she enjoys plenty of attention from the residents. She also enjoys sitting in reception ready to greet our valued clients.
