EMERGENCY PROCEDURES

AFTER HOURS WATER / SEWAGE PROBLEM  

If you are experiencing a serious water issue that may cause damage to property or health, please turn off the water valve at the main meter.


AFTER HOURS ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS

If you are experiencing a serious electrical issue that may cause harm or damage, please turn off the power supply at the meterbox.


AFTER HOURS GAS PROBLEMS

If you have a gas leakage or you can smell gas, please turn off the gas valve in the meter box.


EXTREME EMERGENCIES

If you are experiencing an extreme emergency, i.e. flooding, fire, severe storm damage, burglary, or you are unable to turn off the gas, power or water please call one of the emergency services below.

LOCKED OUT

If you have locked yourself out of your property we are happy to supply a spare key to gain access during normal business hours, however if this occurs after normal business hours you will need to call a locksmith to gain entry, this will be at your own expense.

 

Please advise Property West if you are experiencing an emergency or if you have had cause to call the Emergency Services so we can follow up. Please note that if you call Property West between 8pm and 9am the call may not be answered until after 9am the following morning, so please leave a detailed message.
