AFTER HOURS WATER / SEWAGE PROBLEM  

If you are experiencing a serious water issue that may cause damage to property or health, please turn off the water valve at the main meter.


AFTER HOURS ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS

If you are experiencing a serious electrical issue that may cause harm or damage, please turn off the power supply at the meterbox.


AFTER HOURS GAS PROBLEMS

If you have a gas leakage or you can smell gas, please turn off the gas valve in the meter box.


EXTREME EMERGENCIES

In the event of an extreme emergency such as flooding, fire, severe storm damage, burglary, or you are unable to turn off the gas, power or water, please call one of the emergency services below.

Please advise Property West if you experience an emergency or if you have had cause to call the Emergency Services. Please note that if you call Property West between 8pm and 9am the call may not be answered until after 9am the following morning, so please leave a detailed message.

LOCKED OUT

If you lock yourself out of your property, we are happy to lend you a key to gain access during normal business hours.  If, however, this occurs after business hours, you will need to call a locksmith to gain entry which will be at your own expense.
