Property West Real Estate is a small boutique style agency that is owned and operated by partners Rob Gooden and Doug Hiley. Both have extensive experience and many years of success within the industry. All Property West employees are extremely experienced, are highly motivated, possess strong ethical values and operate as a highly successful team.
A large majority of Property West's business is derived from past clients, or referrals from those clients. Property West Real Estate is a Corporate Member of the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia. (REIWA)
Our primary role is to successfully market our clients' properties to achieve the best possible price. Whilst we achieve this by utilising our excellent negotiation skills, the service does not end there. At Property West we are mindful of the importance of maintaining a quality service from the initial listing of the property right through until its successful settlement.
